Everyone at the Southampton Vein Centre are so lovely. Very welcoming and attentive. The reception area is pristine and comfortable. I was offered tea or coffee on arrival. The treatment was excellent too. After the first session my varicose veins were noticeably better and I was very pleased with the result. I am sure now I've had the second follow up session there will be even more improvements. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this clinic for varicose vein treatment. I wish I'd had it done way before I did.

Decided on the Vein Centre for my lumpy leg treatment as the veins were making me miserable. Chose them because all the do is veins so I felt that the doctors would be real specialists. I had a WhatsApp consultation first where there was opportunity to ask questions and then sent in photographs of my veins. I was then given plenty of information before I had to decide whether to go ahead. As my treatment seemed quite straightforward, I was booked in for a face-to-face consultation and same day treatment. Dr Wijesinghe was brilliant - very attentive and interested and I did not feel rushed or pressurised to go ahead. His assistant Nurse Emily was fabulous and between the pair of them, made the whole procedure a lot less uncomfortable than it could have been. Both very friendly and down to earth and I felt like they really cared about treating me. They gave me plenty of advice. Their fabulous receptionist, Anne-Marie, was brilliant too and put me at ease straight away - lovely to talk to. The procedure was uncomfortable but very bearable although the pain a few days afterwards was more than I was expecting. However, it passed and now I have lump-free legs. My follow-up appointment was also very professional and friendly without the need for any further treatment and, as promised, I was seen by the same people. Their promise of set prices is also true, so no surprise bills. Would thoroughly recommend.

A lovely centre to arrive to and greeted very well. Since calling to book an appointment, I was seen very quickly and when I arrived, I was taken straight in to see Dr Bratby and the nurse. They were exceptionally thorough and easy to talk to you about all my concerns. They took great care with me throughout the consultation and the procedure I had done. The told me very clearly what they were going to do and how it would help me in the future. Although the procedure was uncomfortable, they kept talking to me by keeping my mind off what was happening to which I was very grateful for. The aftercare is also exceptionally, I was given a phone number to use if I was unsure of anything, to which I used and was my mind was put at rest. I am very happy with the result and so happy I decided to use Veincentre. Highly recommend to anyone who may be unsure. It’s definitely worth it.

I was very nervous but Dr Bratby put me completely at my ease. After two visits and leaving three weeks before writing this review, I have to say that I am really delighted at how much my legs are improved. Everyone was so lovely and very caring.
